All your payments are managed by the Nexway Payment Platform in partnership with Barclaycard.
Nexway employs industry-standard SSL to provide secure credit card transaction. SSL is a communication protocol for transmitting private information over the internet. It works by encrypting data that is transmitted over the SSL connection. Your payments are therefore secure when shopping with Toomai.

1. Select a product. Add it to your basket by clicking the "Add to basket" button

2. Review your order
When you click on the “Add to basket” button, an order box displays the product(s) contained in your basket (product name and price). You can Continue shopping or Go to checkout.

3.Create an account
When you click the “Check out” button on the order page, a new page prompts you to fill in an information form:

• Name and physical address (used for billing purposes).
• Email (used to send you the electronic invoice and the access code to download).
• Business (used for professional and intercommunity purchases).

IMPORTANT: Please make sure that your email address is valid and that you can access any emails sent to that email account. We will use this email address to send you your order confirmation, serial number/activation key and download link of your software.

4.Proceed to payment
Once you have filled in the information form, please choose your payment method (Credit-Debit Card or Paypal). If you choose to pay by credit or debit card, the page are secured encrypted (SSL) according to the ISO 8583 standard and the payment is processed by the Nexway Payment Platform in partnership with BarclayCard. It guarantees you that your banking information is encrypted and protected.
Once you have paid online and your payment has been validated, an order confirmation email (entitled “Your Toomai Order”) and an invoice (entitled “Nexway Invoice”) are sent to you instantly.

5.Download your software
Once you have paid online and your payment has been validated, you are automatically redirected to a download page.
Alternatively you can download the software by clicking on the link in the email we sent to you (entitled “Your Toomai Order”).
If you want to download at a later time, you can access this page within 21 days from receipt of the payment confirmation email. All you have to do is check this email message and click "download".
You can also extend the download period (1 year) after your purchase by clicking here. Please enter your email address and password and proceed to download.

After completing payment, you will find a download link on the confirmation page. Also, an order confirmation will be sent to you via email. This order confirmation contains your download link and license information. Please retain this email for future reference. Downloads are available from Nexway for 21 days after purchase.
If you experience difficulties downloading your software, please make sure your personal firewall is not blocking or interrupting the data transfer. Also, browser-integrated download managers may affect your download.

If you wish to cancel an order you can do so, provided that you cancel your order within the given time frame for the Terms and Conditions.

You can then submit your request via via email at toomai@nexway.co.uk. What we will need is your customer number, order number, email address under which you have placed your order, plus a short note explaining why you wish to cancel.

Our Customer Service team will then take the necessary steps to assist you.

If you receive an error message when entering your serial/license number this may be due to one of the following reasons:

• With an installed and activated test version: Does the software installed correspond to the product purchased?
• If your serial number contains hyphens: Please try the serial number without the hyphens.
• Typing mistake: Depending on the style of writing, it may not be possible to differentiate between a small 'L' and a '1' or between a capital 'o' and a '0'. Therefore, our customer service department recommends copying and pasting your serial number when possible. Please ensure that you are entering the serial number exactly as it appears, including capitalizing any letters.
• When "copying and pasting": When copying the serial number from our order confirmation, please ensure that you do not also copy and paste any blank spaces before or after the serial number.
• Did you install the product from an external CD-ROM or did you not download it from our customer account? If the latter is the case, please download it again from your customer account or install from the backup CD (if applicable) supplied.

If you have not received an order confirmation via email within a few minutes after placing your order, please check whether your email account is protected by a SPAM-filter. If so, the email may have been automatically removed from your inbox and filtered into a special folder. Therefore, please check your spam folder first.

If you still cannot find the order confirmation here or it has already been deleted, you can request a copy from our customer services department by email. In order to do so, please submit a request via email at toomai@nexway.co.uk.
